Client Intake/Discovery

We initiate the process by engaging in one-on-one or group discussions with hiring stakeholders. Our goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business model, growth strategy, company culture, and leadership team dynamics. We delve into the personality and management style of the hiring manager, as well as the specific skills and unique experiences that the ideal candidate should possess.

Recruiting

Drawing on our extensive network, we tap into industry contacts and seek referrals from trusted sources. We conduct thorough research on companies in your target industries with similar growth strategies, identifying potential candidates who may be an ideal fit. Through proactive outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, we build a robust pool of candidates. Our rigorous screening process narrows down the pool to 3 to 5 top candidates, utilizing executive summaries and reference checks.

Candidate Presentation and Interviews

We present a panel of candidates, providing comprehensive resumes and executive summaries that include compensation requirements. Initial interviews with the hiring team commence, fostering an open exchange of feedback. Together, we narrow down the selection to 1 or 2 highly qualified candidates. Final interviews, reference checks, and, if necessary, industrial psych assessments are conducted. We guide candidates through the resignation process and extend the formal offer upon their acceptance.

Post Search Check-In and Closing

Following the successful selection and acceptance of a candidate, we maintain open lines of communication. We conduct post-search check-ins with both the candidate and the hiring team, ensuring a smooth transition. Our ongoing support includes coaching the candidate through the resignation process. We remain committed to facilitating a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
